Based in The Woodlands. Here for north Houston.

I live and work in The Woodlands and help families across all nine villages, from Grogan’s Mill to Creekside Park, and through the surrounding area. If you’re somewhere else in Texas, reach out anyway. There’s a good chance I can still help.

What the weather here actually does to a policy

The national commercials don’t mention these. A local review should.

Hail

Roof settlement and the wind and hail deductible decide what a spring storm costs you. We’ll read both before hail season, not during it.

Heavy rain

A backed-up drain, a sump, and rising water are three different coverages. Plenty of streets outside the mapped flood zone still take water.

Gulf wind

Hurricane season is a deductible conversation as much as a coverage conversation. Percentage deductibles surprise people. They shouldn’t.

The lake

Boats and personal watercraft headed for Lake Conroe don’t belong on an auto policy. If it’s in the driveway, it belongs in the review.

Have an insurance question?

Ask your neighbor.

Tell me the village or the city. I’ll tell you whether I can write the coverage, and what I’d want to look at first.
